The Need for Therapy

Our team of expert, licensed therapists offer a series of therapy services that are necessary for the comprehensive plan for patients with disabilities, injuries, or developmental conditions. We provide unique sessions that cover the child’s occupational, speech, and physical therapy. In addition, we also offer specialized programs that correspond to each patient’s current needs.

Mental Therapy

More often than not, most parents misunderstand the true meaning of therapy. Here at iSeve Healthcare, therapy goes beyond just the physical. Most children suffer a lot from mental disorders that most parents may struggle to deal with and does not know the actual cause of the child’s misbehavior. It is important that parents frequently take their child in for mental evaluation. Especially those that have high tantrums. Here at iServe Healthcare, we provide sessions for a one-on-one talk between the child and our therapist. The following are some of the mental problems that may require therapy service by an iServe Healthcare therapist.

Strength, challenges, and task performance are evaluated, providing our therapist an opportunity to understand how to properly create an individualized program of activities for the child. Some areas of focus by our OT include dressing, writing, holding, throwing and catching, organizing and self-regulation.
